That depends on how big the rooms are.

Smudger, we're having a day out in Whitstable tomorrow. We always used to have fish n chips at the place on the seafront, which I'm told is no longer there. So where to go for this culinary treat?

 

If you walk up to Tankerton , which isn’t far , and venture in to my local ‘The Royal ‘ just behind there in Tankerton road is a fish and chip shop called Ozzies , not to be confused with Ozzies in Whitstable- they do splendid fish and chips and also have a sit in restaurant as well as takeaway service - you can also pre fone your order 01227 266 600

 

Whitstable will be picked tomorrow, particularly if the weather holds up.
As Smidger has said, pre-order, from my previous experience it is VERY difficult getting a table.
If all else fails pm our wonderful member and perhaps he can pull a few strings.

 

It does get very busy - get table/ order booked early - royal does decent pub grub , so does The Marine Hotel - a little less packed than Whitstable and you have the bonus of bumping into me

Yes - both Shepherd & Neames pubs/ hotel , reasonable grub
