Best driver: Schumacher AND Button. Inseparable.
Worst Driver: Kobayashi - Kobaysmashy more like. Not so much for the Hamilton incident but for the useless bit of driving which wrecked Rubens's front wing. Bang in the middle of the track going into the corner and breaks stupidly early.
Best rookie: Maldonado - excellent response to the stupid shenanigans of yesterday
Best team: Red Bull - stayed out of trouble and handled the graining tyres well. A deserved 1/2
Worst team: Williams again. One point is measly
Best overtake: Jenson on Schumi. Watching Button was like watching poetry in motion
Funniest moment: David Coulthard's rendition of the Jaws theme tune
Most surprising result: Schumacher's storming drive to 5th
Least surprising result: Vettel on podium
Special mention to: Nico Rosberg for a truly outstanding start
    Race rating: 8/10

    Best BBC commentator/presenter: David Coulthard
    Worst: None
Best BBC commentary moment: DC's Jaws

What's wrong with that comment? Seb was awesome this weekend.

Manny: I object to Toro Rosso getting worst team, they showed great pace all through Friday and Saturday and then had their cars wiped out by other drivers. Really feel for their whole team, they must be gutted after qualifying so strongly.

Yep, I have to agree about Toro Rosso. It really looked like they'd be on for their best race of the year after quali and it was crushing to see both cars taken out like that, especially given the real consistent improvement they've made over the season so far. Better luck in Monza.

Idd, won qualifying and race day with some good overtakes to boot, couldnt of done any better, yeah people went up the field but Seb was just a class of his own this weekend. To be honest Ferrari were lucky that Red Bull couldn't replace the tyres or they would of won by "miles".

What was the deal with the tyres? Had Red Bull gone past the limit and they hadn't held up or had they gone to the limit and had problems?

If Red Bull had gone too far it was a ridiculous decision on their part, especially with such little running in practice. If they'd gone to the limit and they didn't behave as Pirelli had suggested they should've been allowed to make changes to the car.

Too much camber on qualifying since with the lack of running in the dry, RBR went beyond what Pirelli recomended and blisters were already showing after qualifying.

Of all the GP's to get a "get out of jail card" this was it to be honest. Great drive by both considering the tyre problems.

Best Driver: Schumacher. Rosberg was leading the race on merit, but he used a little too much fuel in the process. For Schumacher to beat him from the back of the grid in a straight fight puts him a nose ahead of Button today in my opinion.

Worst Driver: Kobayashi. I'm not in any way resentful for the Hamilton incident, that was a racing incident and for once the stewards got it right. But I love Kamui for providing clean fireworks in his usually successful bid to take minor points, and making the most of uncertainty. He did none of those things today,

Best Rookie: Di Resta, denied a point by bad luck and yesterday's farcical decision.

Best Team: Red Bull. If we were only judging on Sunday I could make a case for McLaren setting the car up properly, but yesterday's mistake in Q2 probably lost them the race.

Worst Team: Accident related retirements aside I'm struggling to pinpoint any team and say they were considerably better or worse than I would expect. I'll say Sauber, but it's harsh to pick anyone out.

Best Overtake: Definitely Webber on Alonso. There were some beautiful looking moves in the last corner from Button and Schumacher in particular, but you won't see a gutsier pass than that all season.

Funniest-moment: Hamilton referring to Kobayashi as "whoever I was racing". Although that's tinged with regret, because if Hamilton had realised it was Kobayashi, he would have known exactly what to expect by moving over to the racing line.

Most Surprising Result: Schumacher finishing ahead of Rosberg, given where they qualified.

Least Surprising Result: Maldonado scoring his first point. It was always going to happen after he was farcically allowed to race.

Special Mention to: Button, for not getting driver of the day, and Torro Rosso, for the signs of genuine pace that they have showed this weekend.

Race Rating: 8/10. The ingredients were there for a 10, but yesterday's decision and the fact that yet again a safety car played into Red Bulls' hands soured it a little for me. I don't begrudge them the win, as they're a great team and great teams win at Spa. But without the safety car and with Hamilton still running, I think we would have had a four car battle for the race win.

Most Surprising Result: Michael Schumacher out-scoring his team mate.
Least Surprising Result: Bruno Senna causing mayhem at the first corner.

<laugh> Hamilton is the second best driver and the equal worst driver.

McLaren is also the equal best and worst team. Cheers for the adding up SportyDan
