No they couldn't. Their contracts stipulate how many lunch time and how many tea time kickoffs they are allowed to show. It's not Sky's fault that WYP are incapable of policing any threat they see rather than determining everyone should suffer. I'd hat to live in an area where there's been a run of burglaries though. Imagine having a 5pm curfew and needing to have a police escort to be allowed to nip down the shop.

Nothing. Thats not the teams being unwilling to honour their contracts. Obviously when match fees are due to be paid by TV if a game is cancelled then the fee doesn't get paid. Because it's a health and safety issue, either for the players or the public the contract becomes unenforceable as it would be illegal to carry it out.
