19 years ago today he passed away, he started the foundations to our success and is one of the greatest managers of all time and the best United manager we've had apart from Fergie. R.I.P. Sir Matt.
Nineteen years ago, eh? Blimey, I remember getting off the train at Manchester and me Dad told me, we were playing Everton that day and I'd gone back home from college for the match. Was a very quiet nil nil or one one draw, not really sure but think it was 0-0, and the Everton fans were superb with the minutes silence.
