Anyone else think that Kev is determined to score a goal? He's been so far up the pitch recently, he must be getting nose bleeds.
That'll be MM egging him on. Need to make sure he doesn't neglect his defensive duties. Like I said on another thread, MMs got a lot to answer for. I blame him for Whitts yellow cards. He never used to get yellow cards before he strated tackling! We even had Marshall in the opposition box on Saturday. Like that is ever going to work.
Yes, he scored against Hereford in the FA the year we got to Wembley. I love Kev would be awesome for him to get a goal
The trouble must be that badger barnet of his - they can see him coming. I'd offer to lend him my Elvis wig if you think it'll help.
Nat! You sound like my missus.Kev this Kev that. I do believe you are right though : Kev is 7 mins in. You sometimes forget how entertained and privileged we have been watching the Bluebirds over the past few years. How good a season did Parry have that year. Some cracking goals in the top 5.Whitts at his untimate best and even McPhail gets in on the act.
Funny you should say that Sparkey, I suspect that he is trying for that improbable goal....I think he may read this board. I heard in commentry that he had scored two goals for the club, I can only remember that Hereford goal!
ITIWRAN - thanks for that, some great memories - 3 goals from Parry breaking in from the wing and shooting from the edge of the box, JFH scoring some crackers especially the brilliant dummy v. Wolves, McPhail scoring twice (who says lightening doesn't strike twice) and super Kev's volley. He will score this season for sure. Seeing JFH's skill I don't think enough has been made of Kenny's assist for Gunnar's goal on Saturday. What a sublime back heel!!! Plus his knock on for Turner's goal and headed clearances from corners at our end. Who said Kenny wasn't a team player?
Couldn't agree more Bluey - but can't recall anyone saying that Kenny wasn't a team player. To me, he's been one of the most selfless of the many upfront players at the club that I've seen. His job maybe to score himself, but his only motive seems to be ensuring the team scores - great acquisition by Malky.
