The problem was he couldnt get on the bench at Chelsea so had no chance of first team football and wasnt in the managers plans 2 years ago. There is big difference to being on the bench and not even being on the bus going to the game.
Casual he couldn't break into the Chelski team, hence why he came to us, so how is he going to break into the Man city starting line up? A man has to know his limitations, seems Scotty is getting ahead of himself, he's not that good................
