If the new panel hearing the appeal on Wednesday doesn't throw Rangers out of the SFA it is because they have been frightened by the disclosure of the names. The previous three man panel showed us how serious they felt the case was by mentioning the possibility of throwing them out. Rangers did not heed that warning and have bullied their way to an appeal. How can they truthfully fund this appeal, surely whatever money left in the kitty is for the on going costs of keeping the club surviving for a few more days. Any other money is owed to the long list of creditors, it should not be for a fighting fund for Ally and Sandy.
