very long winded but basically huns are ****s, john greig is a **** and craig whyte is also a **** (jury is still out on this)

the three members looked at kicking them out of the league altogether. but lets kid on that by no signings for 12 months they have been extremely harsh on rangers

It will be harsh if all our players leave which is looking likely

I hope this current punishment, if not added to at appeal on Wednesday is only the starter course. I have said all along that Whyte was not the only one to blame, I said Directors and Senior employees should have made it known what was going on. Legend John Greig stood idly by, having enjoyed the fruits of an EBT and did nothing in respect of all the money he got and all the praise lauded upon him by stupid Rangers fans. People sneered and laughed when I said there were people in place to stop Whyte. That is why Directors get big money and why Senior employees don't have to worry about the price of a pair of shoes. Rangers are in real trouble, they are getting deeper and deeper every day. Thank God.

Is is normal to get posts vetted that contain links if you've not had much of a track record here? Or has someone hacked my account

I was trying to draw attention to Alex Thompson's latest blog, "Inside the Big Bad Hoose" - definitely worth a read

The age-old Rangers defence for years going back past Craig Whyte’s ownership to Sir David Murray’s that ‘we didn’t know’ and ‘we weren’t told’ or ‘we left it all to the chairman’ is clearly not convincing this panel. That strikes a blow to the heart of Rangers’ notorious culture for passing the buck whilst winning glory with money it did not have and potentially millions which should have gone to the taxman.

Excellent stuff, cheers Tom and Ginger <ok>

Ken Olverman, finance officer at Rangers, had his bank authority reduced under Mr Whyte, who would not allow him to sign cheques for more than £100

    Ohh this is priceless.

The fact that the panelists have been named tells us everything. They will rescind the registration embargo, yet Uefa make it quite clear that the club and the owner/chairmen are indivisible and are the one entity. So if they let rfc off they must by logic let Whyte off.

Tax evasion is viewed by Uefa very very seriously. Dont be surprised if the registration ban is rescinded and within 24hrs Scottish football is punisehd by Uefa or there is a sudden about turn. No matter what Lord Calloway rules, just as the court in the Sion case ruled, Uefa have their own regulations and these have been breached. The whole of Scottish football will be punished, except the perpertrators which brings me to the point that Uefa may well inflict a very harsh ban on rfc or newco in terms of European football. 5 or 10 year ban are not out of the question. If Uefa let this one go, then every club in Europe can avoid tax and know that they will still be elligible to play in Europe.

My advice to newco or rfc...................watch what you ask for cos you might damn well get it. Uefa will not tolerate tax evading clubs walking straight back into a top league with no sanctions. They can certainly impose a European football ban on the club. They can impose a ban on international football and they can impose a club ban on all Scottish clubs, although the latter would give Celtic cause to claim a corrupt league. This may well not end as newco, SFA expect.
