I think in your excitement of getting this thread up you spelt Rasta's (was that what you were trying to say?) wrong in the title

Dont see why RAWK, or any Liverpool fan, should give a **** to be honest, he doesn't play for them any more.
They got a **** ton of cash for him, and he can't play for 4 months anyway.
Will be interesting if, and this is very possible, Liverpool and Barca are drawn in the same CL group.

I dont give a monkeys, as long as he still banned from playing for the same length of time. Dont really care if he can train with Barca or play Sensible Soccer etc

So was the ban suspended until after the appeal? Does it start now? Because that's usually how it works.

The rat is cleared to train for Barca. He was too good for the RS and they will be much weaker for his absence. <ok>

To be fair- the training ban was always pretty ridiculous. Ban him from games yes... even 4 months may be too little- but the training ban was always absurd.

I did expect Suarez to "get off" his punishment better in Spain. Had he been at Liverpool still, no doubt his appeal would have been over turned and given a 6 month or year ban instead. Always expected his punishment to be lessened at Barcelona. Barcelona is not in England, sadly.

I just hope that, should we meet Barca, we don't have to play against Suarez! Otherwise, couldn't care less what his ban is.

Not really bothered now he's with Barca. But the good thing to come out of this is that FIFA were not going to back down, and that despite all the lawyers talk, and Barca playing the hard done to party, they stuck to the original ban, and on that I congratulate FIFA.

Barca knew about the ban, so live with it.

I would have liked the sewer rat's ban reduced to 2 months just to see the RS and RAWK having a huge meltdown <laugh>

I can see your point Christian, but its also rewarding to see that Barca can't get it overruled, purely on the point that its Barca

Odd that you spend so much time on RAWK Liverpool_ChristianSmith, most of us on the Liverpool board don't ever go there. <whistle>

I dont know how true you think it is (I rem speaking with UIR about it and he says 100% its true - but I dont believe him and I dont think UIR or you do either) but im certain it isnt. Yeah, okay some comments maybe from RAWK but they arent all that bad. For instance the last tweet "30 mill for a player with a dodgy hamstring" would be a piss take

You may find a comment like that on our board and I have certainly read worse on your board from some certain muppets

Also, whoever runs that account says ridiculous things, how many tweets he says do you then go to RAWK and check in some thread, somewhere that someone said that?

That account is ran by Londons Only, Wear or Christian or someone like that if you get my meaning

So use your loaf or you arent having your biscuits back <laugh>

Shame that this great player has not had his ban overturned.

Was really looking forward to seeing him play for a big club alongside great players like Messi and Iniesta rather than good ones like Gerrard and Sturridge

Your spot on with that comment DR, and I have more than justification for feeling that way. but on here it's not acceptable to tell the truth from personal experience. And that's just not the odd occasion, witnessed enough to write a book.

I will never change my opinion.
