Skybet have suspended betting on on a move to spurs this summer.

Find it strange though that a managerless team is signing players. Kinda undermines any incoming manager before they get the job.

Is want big money or a swap with van der varrt

Damn, been waiting to see a story on someone moving in for Sess.

Inevitable, let's just hope it's speculation.

From June 21st, so may have died a natural death already.

    Im not too bothered.

If we get 15million+ I would be happy to take it.

He is like a square in a circle hole, he does not fit.... I would rather have 2 players (or Johnson).

Said it before, whoever thinks we will play just one formation with the same 11 players needs to go buy FM2012 and learn how the **** to manage. Go play the same tactics against Barcelona that you do Blyth Spartans and see how you get on.

And yes, i know FM2012 isnt real, but it is a good indicator. Sometimes we will need to be defensive, sometimes we can go on the offensive. And sometimes, we may even need to change it while in game. They manage to snuff out our starting formation? Lets send them a big **** you by changing it and bringing on someone else who can do soemthing different.

And that children is how you win a football game. How many times did you sit there and see something Bruce did not working, yet he never changed it, or didnt bring on the right person? And you want shot of Sess...?

Don't think I have seen one person say they want shot of Sess, what I am saying, in the real world of football is, players come and players go, that's life in the world I live in. If Sess stays great, if he goes we move on. BTW in my world it's the children who play their games and adults face facts.

Defoe for Sess would be a fair trade IMO but Defoe will never move further north than Manure, and he'll probably not accept less than 70-80k. You wanna pay that much in wages for a 30 year old?

How the f**k can you call Sessegnon a square peg in a round hole? Our best player by a mile last season and probably to ever play for Sunderland, utter rubbish man, the whole team is the square peg in the round hole not Sess

being a square peg in a round hole does not mean he is not a good player, some people just enjoy anger

Syd, my earlier rant was more directed at the square peg in a round hole comment. Sess is the most creative player I have seen in a Sunderland shirt, and a player I am absolutely gutted I live on the other side of the world and not able to see play live. What gets me is when people say he doesn't fit 'our formation', without them actually having any idea what formation that is. And it's like 1 formation is all we are going to play, with the same 11 men.

4-4-2 seems to be going out of fashion, with alot of people saying they prefer the 4-2-3-1 option, and all i ask is, isn't that the perfect formation for sess? Get him in the middle of the front 3, 2 wingers on the left and right, and a good solid front man like Fletch up in the lone striker position? Sess can create something from nothing, and to have shot of him because he doesn't fit the Sunderland tactics of the last 10 years doesn't mean he should go, it means we should work around him.

We shouldn't be selling our star players, that lot up the road are getting by with Carr's brilliance to help them when they do, but imagine they didn't have him? Or anyone near as good?

I for one want to keep him at all costs. We cannot replace him for the money people would offer us. And why should we take such a pittance when everyone else takes advantage of us?
