A very interesting subject. Try looking at the Texas Federal Prison Death Row website. You get direct access to decades of death row inmates, their crimes and profiles. A lot of bad people and serial killers in there.
Pointless! Theres no point eating rubbish... zero. Eat oats and grains no sugars not even milk. .. use almond milk
what's wrong with cornflakes like, don't you eat them with normal or almond milk? They are much better than rice krispies.
Corn flakes without sugar is ok , but I'd have bran flakes personally. Theres nothing more efficient and better for you than the humble oat.
