• Best Rookie: Perez
• Best Team: very close to call but probably McLaren
• Worst Team: HRT or Virgin
• Best Overtake: Sutil on Kobayashi (130R)
• Funniest-moment: Some amusing moments in post race interviews. Not sure if UK viewers got the same coverage. Button asking Vettel about being forced onto the grass perhaps?
• Most Surprising Result: I found nothing surprising in this race.
• Least Surprising Result: Vettel claimed his second World Drivers' Championship.
• Special Mention to: Japan, di Resta and Perez: I hope you all get well soon.
• Race Rating: 8.6/10: a superb race which would have scored 10 just a couple of seasons ago.

•Best Driver: Jenson Button. I said he would win this race, and he did.
•Worst Driver: Bruno Senna. Poor showing from him this weekend.
•Best Rookie: Sergio Perez. Scored points whilst battling the flu. Good job by him.
•Best Team: McLaren. They had the best car this weekend. I honestly thought red bull would have the strongest race pace, particularly after friday practice 2.
•Worst Team: Red Bull. Poor showing by their high standards. 3rd and 4th is pretty average in that car.
•Best Overtake:Kobayashi on Alguersuari. Webber-sutil was too easy, thats the benefit of a great car.
•Funniest-moment: ummm.....
•Most Surprising Result: Red Bull not winning
•Least Surprising Result: Red Bull on podium
•Special Mention to: The merc drivers. Great job by schumacher, decent race by rosberg too.
•Race Rating: 2/10. Not worth getting up early for. Too much like the old f1.

Best Driver: Alonso
Worst Driver: Liuzzi. I don't normally pick on back markers, but he was terrible.
Best Rookie: Perez
Best Team: McLaren
Worst Team: Torro Rosso
Best Overtake: Too close to call between the two involving Sutil that have been mentioned.
Funniest-moment: Vettel "Thankfully there aren't too many Virgins in F1"
Most Surprising Result: Force India 0 points.
Least Surprising Result: Pasta "Bacon Double Cheeseburger" Maldonado out of the points. In fairness he did better than I expected though.
Special Mention to: Petrov's much-improved result.
Race Rating: 8/10. Could have been 10/10 if Webber and Vettel were allowed to fight each other and for the lead in the last stint.

Best Driver: Jenson Button - been brilliant all weekend, and thoroughly deserved the win.
Worst Driver: Tonio Liuzzi - lost to his rookie team mate thats had not even half a season
Best Rookie: Sergio Perez - good battling with Rosberg et al to get points. I think MB said that he had one less stop than everyone else, if so, well done to him for making it work, again
Best Team: Mclaren - great improvement on pace this weekend, could have got a 1-2 with a bit of luck. Shame about Lewis' puncture, obviously damaged his car for the rest of the race.
Worst Team: All did rather well today, probably go with HRT or Virgin for still not getting anywhere in terms of development to the car
Best Overtake: Adrian Sutil on the inside through 130R, can't remember who it was against though
Funniest-moment: Not sure on this one, I missed the first 18 laps cause I couldnt get up early enough! probably would have been something then
Most Surprising Result: Force India struggling to score points
Least Surprising Result: Ricciardo beating Liuzzi
Special Mention to: Paul di Resta - good 12th place considering he was ill. tough old race for him, didnt finish that far behind his team mate. As he said the safety car wrecked his race, so needs some luck!!
Race Rating: 8/10

Best Driver: Button
Worst Driver: Senna
Best Rookie: Perez
Best Team: Bit of a tough one this. Going to say McLaren for their excellent pit stops
Worst Team: Williams for their (unfortunately now all too common) obscurity
Best Overtake: Sutil on Kobayashi. Also special mention to Rosberg for appearing to gain some well needed aggression this weekend
Funniest-moment: The press conference when referring to Korea...

JB: Hopefully (we will race) exactly the same.
SV: So you're always going to park just after the chequered flag?
JB: Yeah. I might not lift off next time you pull across at the start though.
SV: That means I'm on pole, so that's good.

Most Surprising Result: Neither Lotus being lapped
Least Surprising Result: Hamilton and Massa. Again.
Special Mention to: Schumacher, a good solid race. Rosberg and Perez for driving through the field.
Race Rating: 8.5/10 - I was so tense at the end!

I find it interesting that so many people have voted Button as the best driver. I can understand why, but I think Alonso outdrove him and Button was fortunate that the race didn't last a few more laps. McLaren had a much better car than Ferrari at Suzuka and Alonso's supreme driving made it appear as though the cars were closely matched. This is what Domenicali had to say after the race:
Not only were McLaren better than Ferrari at Hungary, but McLaren have bought new successful updates since, like a new front wing, rear wing, exhaust changes and maybe other things I'm not aware of. Also, Brundle noted on two separate occasions in the race how McLaren looked better than Ferrari on the track.
