1700hrs KO time for the first match, people will be out all day. Hopefully their phone battery doesn't go flat
Ok mate sorry did not know that what happens if your phone does not have NFC capabilities then can you not apply to ticket office for paper copy
I believe it was explained that the £10 was a change to terms and conditions that for lost cards, changes etc the club could put a £10 charge but this at their discretion and wouldn't be applied in the case of plastic card where digital couldn't be made to work. Mind my memory might be playing tricks on me.
Can I enter the stadium with a screenshot of my digital season ticket? No, as digital season tickets utilise NFC technology and not barcode functionality. Therefore, a screenshot of your digital season ticket or the email confirming your digital season ticket WILL NOT permit you entry to the stadium on a matchday.
Ha ha, based purely the number of people I have been stuck behind who still struggle with the standard season cards its going to be bedlam first home game.
For those who need a non digital season card, I've followed up my original request to see if there is any timescale on when non digital options will be discussed. The response back the standard generic response with this added. Please also provide your customer number and a member of our ticketing team will be in touch at some point in July to discuss a suitable alternative. I hope "some point in July" is early and not right at the end close to the season starting
Don't know if I've missed it, has anybody any info on streaming season passes availability for the new season (for us foreigners ) ?
what happens when someone changes there phone? my current phome doesnt have NFC either so might have to get a phome depending in alternatives mentioned
It will be saved in your Google wallet or Apple equivalent rather than the actual device. So when you set your new phone up it should be in there.
check account history on your account there a new skidata test ticket for 15th July there maybe doing a test run of new system be good there testing it out before the season starts
I still wish the club would do something like Watford do. My mate is a Watford season ticket holder who lives up north. But he has a special season ticket where he basically has 12 matches a year he can go to. And he just has to give the club a weeks' notice if he wants to attend one. Not sure if it works out any cheaper for him, but it allows him to maintain that sense of belonging with the club. And for me, I always say I'll drive up and get to a few home games every year but life gets in the way. Allowing me to buy something which forces me to sort my self out and get up for games would be a huge motivator to going.
check video in link below to see how the skidata system works https://www.skidata.com/en-gb/solutions/stadia-attractions/access-control also this
