Well as for the investment we keep hearing that its almost a done deal? for how long can we keep listening to this. Some season ticket holders i know well are all sayong they want Parkinson out as he is not doing anything im not sure as i dont get involved and know what he does. Hallet has spent all he has for now so investors are required to move. As for the managers comments i agree with him .. sorry. Its good he has spoken out and with him from day one of the season i think qwe would be about 10-12 finish position .. well lets hope he stays put as he has certainly entertained us and some great results, its not nice going down but not many fans to disheartened it seems. time will tell over the next few months

We don't do middle of the table mediocraty. It's either possible go up or possible go down with Argyle. The last time we were mid table when the season finished was 2010. It's all excitement being a green.

What a day it was yesterday though. I’ve been there for previous relegations when the ground’s been half empty and the atmosphere sour.

We sat on the wall in the sun outside the Life Centre watching the players come in. Mostly blacked-out German SUVs, except Ryan Hardie in a blacked-out Land Rover Defender. I’m not giving out any secrets as he has a personalised number plate you’d spot a mile off. As Katic swirled in, a lone fan, completely oblivious to the VIP traffic, decided to rearrange his belt right in the middle of the access lane. Did Katic blow his horn or make rude gestures? No, he stopped, waited for the idiot to sort himself out, and then drove on in. Plays like an animal but behaves like a gentleman.

It turns out that the apparently angelic little kids who are introduced as the mascots before the game are in fact no angels. One of the first group went for “sixteen-nil” when asked what the score would be, that presumably being the number that would have saved us from relegation. I think every one of the second group went for 16-0 or more. I sense collusion. One little angel was in fact was far more specific and had presumably put a fiver on at the bookies. “Twenty-two - nil with every player scoring two goals”. What? Including the goalkeeper ? Ridiculous.

That probably tops the little angel who a week or two ago insisted as kids do these days on presenting themselves as a mascot wearing ear-defenders. “What’s your name?”. No reply. Louder this time. “What’s your name?” Pause but eventually an answer “I can’t hear you”. I swear everyone in the ground thought the same thing but didn’t dare say it “Well take the ****ing ear defenders off then”.

Yesterday, the ground was rammed full as it has been all year. The home fans waited 10 minutes or more in silence while the Leeds team celebrated at the away end until the Argyle players could do a lap of “honour”.

Player of the Season Ryan Hardie brought his wife and kids with him, each wearing a Hardie shirt. One of his boys was a mascot yesterday following the other a few matches ago.

The fans chanted urging Bundu to sign a new contract. He’s the only player I know who gets booed all the time “Bundooooooooo”. It sounds like a boo but it isn’t. And well he knows it.

Gyabi of Leeds United was awarded the Argyle Young Player Of The Year award and struggled to get off the pitch as fans in the Demport End called him over for hugs and phone pics.

The well-dressed grey-haired stranger who sat alone in the single empty seat at the other end of our group contained himself until the very end and then betrayed himself as a Leeds fan who’d come across from Spain for the game. I shook his hand when we left. The chap who sits in the next seat who we always talk to at the end urged us to take the same seats nest year.. I shook his hand too.

As we walked back to the car up by Montpellier school because the car park was jammed full before 9am, we could hear the Leeds fans celebrating the trophy in an otherwise empty stadium. They can keep it. It’s much better to be an Argyle fan.

Well, an unusual result for a couple of reasons.

I got the top score, largely as a result of getting the Super Match spot-on. Sunderland had taken 7 points from their last 6 homes and QPR 6 from their last 6 aways. That close match up is why I picked it as the Super Match. Crucially though, QPR had won their last two aways while Sunderland had lost two at home on the bounce, so I went for an away win. I was bound to get one right eventually but I do apologise though: I went for triple points with the intention of spicing it up for the last round of the season: I didn't and indeed couldn't reasonably expect to get 18 poimts from one game!

Secondly, there a total of 40 goals in the division, the largest number I can remember. Four at Bristol City and Burnley, six at Norwich and Swansea and no less than 8 at West Brom. Joe, in his usual ebullient way, had forecast 36, which I thought was way too high, but that shows what I know!

Sensible got the Goal Time spot on. Along with Joe, he put Argyle down for a win so I think he deserves the points for his loyalty!

SMH was just one place off getting our season-end league position spot-on and takes 20 rather than the maximum 40 points.

Plym's lead at the top has been unassailable for some time, well done to him for being pretty much in a class of his own after a series of strrong results in the middle of the year. Well done Plym. If we had a trophy, it would be in the post.

The other big mover during the year was Musty, who you can see dropped behind by missing rounds while away on holiday but recovered to finish 6th.

Did you add in the points for finishing position for the season? That could alter a place or two..........

How many was it, that's the question!

It was 40 for spot on, 20 for closest, now done.

You did well notDistant in the last few rounds to move from last to 4th position....you deserve some success for all the hard work that you have put in.

You have made it more professional in the last two seasons with your charts and graphs....so thanks for all the effort that you have put in.

Must be hard to only score a total of 12pts on a triple week like I managed this week....at least I scored 42 last last week to compensate.

So now we wait for the retained/offers/and leaving list to come out....we'll probably lose a few players that we would want to keep.

Bundu comes good at the end of his contract...so we could lose him....he would have been good in Div One....He'll get offers.

We could also lose Maksym Talovierov....to good maybe for Div One....he'll surely get offers....at least we will get a fee.

Nikola Katic will return to his parent club....we could never afford him any way.

Darko Gyabi has returned to Leeds.....I don't see a future for him in the Premiership or in Div One with us..

We'll just have to wait and see.

Thanks for organising the competition - very professional
I'm near the bottom in this one and the Bristol City one - have given myself a vote of confidence, and ready to go again next year

I think you have a good PM already. He dealt with Trump well today... just let him drivel on without reacting to it. When the time came though he was forthright about this 51st State nonsense. "It's not for sale, it won't be for sale - ever,"

Well. you have the play-offs to look forward to. I wish you luck. I’d like to see City make it to the Promised Land at the expense of those who think they have a God given right to it.

I find it slightly amusing listening to supporters who often think they have some given right to the big time. This is the promised land where they watch their team get slaughtered week in week out and then bounce right back to the Championship again. With a load of cash though. From a supporters point of view I would rather watch my team win games than have a bucket of cash at the end of a crap season.
