Hes on 20K a week so i dont think you would be stupid enough to buy him but you could have a chance of loaning him. But if you lot are playing hardball if we want to sign any of your players why would Nigel want to loan you a player unless we could include some sort of swap deal. 3M and SSL for Stewart or something like that
Hobbs is alot better then SSL The only thing SSL has over Hobbs is he is a bigger threat in the opposition box

Hobbs and Chester are both very good defenders but both don't seem to be very threatening from set pieces. In our promotion year Michael Turner would always bag a few from set pieces, if Hobbs and Chester could add this to their game it'd help to ease our goal scoring problems.
I agree if we play hardball then so will Leicester, besides why would we sell one of our two for a lesser quality defender, the alleged fall out is probaly down to one simple reason ,'old flat top was honest enough to tell him that he is ****.
Jack Hobbs wins every header going in his own box but is completely crap in the opposition box. He scored 1 goal for us in over 100 games and that was back in league 1 an open goal against Huddersfield

I dont think we need someone as good as Hobbs as Mills and Bamba are more then capable but we need someone as cover. I have always rated Hobbs i couldnt believe it when Sven said he was going to loan him out. I think he will make a prem defender soon weather he goes up with you or a prem team comes in
If he is surplus at the Wa*kers. Why would we want him ?? We should be looking at prem cast offs, not Pearson's rejects.
