Has he gone yet? Or is he gonna be signing a new contract soon .................. if not bye bye. please log in to view this image
Laudrup quoted in Western Mail saying Sinclair has refused to discuss new deal..........................
So what does that mean. If we agree a fee with another club, we ship him off? Or are we stuck with him for a year.
Laudrup would really like to keep him but Huw will sell him before the window closes IMO , if not then in January !!
Will be tough to sell him in January as he can sign pre-contracts with other clubs to leave for free in the summer during the Winter transfer window. If we want to get money for him, we need to sell him this month. I genuinely think that Sinclair thinks he's better than he is. Tip-toe, Top-toe, Cut inside. If you repeat it a few times it's just a bad dance move really... He's got a lot that he could learn from Laudrup, but I don't think he realises this.
**** him then. If he's not happy earning in a week what most of us take a year to earn (and for playing a game mind you) then piss off Scott. Let's make sure we get Hernandez then.
well its a case of thanks for the memories, but if we can get hernandez, lets hope we can get shot of you as quick as possible oh and for as much dosh as we can get.....p.s enjoy doing a dorus at your next club!!
Sincs was great up to our wembeley triumph but since then hes been ordinary in most games and shy`s out of tackles against him compared to dyer who had kicks flying in on him all season but still did very well . So i think even though he was a good championship player sincs has become a bit soft and maybe unable to hack it in the prem and maybe sulks a bit thinking he`s better/worth more than he actually is . So iff £8m is on the table then ala mr blarny and Allen we could use the money on some better newer blood for our continuing evolution to greater things to come ?
We're fortunate in that we don't have to sell for the money and the only player I can think that would be a real bugger to replace is Vorm.
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footba...c/swansea-city-fc/2012/08/17/91466-31640147/? l I'm surprised at how patient the club has been , he's strung the club along all pre season making excuses on why he wasn't prepared to sit down and discuss his future., Thanks for all you've done but close the door behind you, This is the chance that Routledge hopefully will use to establish himself in the side and if we can secure Hernandez then the club will have done well in the market .Our total spend to date must still leave Mr Laudrup with a sizeable budget to improve the squad if needed
Agree with the comments above. Thanks for everything scott you did superb for us..now kindly go forth and multiply so we can build the team around those who want to stay Not good enough for a top team, won't play at a big club, didn't even play at wigan!! So not sure how he thinks he can hack it at the likes of city. Adam Jonson is a much better player than him and he never plays! Good luck to Scott for all he has done here,he really does leave with my blessing.
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footba...n-t-sign-new-liberty-contract-91466-31640147/ The interesting bit is Laudrup at the bottom. He is very cool. Sounds like we've got some agents in the ears of our players trying to persuade them to cash in on the back of 1 good Premier season. I think Laudrup will let Sinclair go and then dig his heels in on the rest. They're all defenders (Rangel, Williams and Taylor), there is no way he'll let them go....makes more sense to lose money on them and use the time that buys you to look for suitable replacements at our pace. (I'm on an iPad so not able to copy and paste that article across, apologies).
Bye bye Scott. Thanks for Wembley, now kindly move on to City, give us £8million (LOL), and we can strengthen.
Love ML's quote: Basically, if he doesn't act like a spoilt brat then I'll give him a chance otherwise he can rot in the reserves.
If any one of our players and i dont care who it is wants to go then to me let them go. I only want players that want to play for the club and give 100%....I think we have a good manager and so far he has brought in some really good players that if these players wants to go then we should grab the money and let ML replace them with better....some of these players would not be where they are if it was not for Swansea giving them a chance anyway and I have no fear if anyone goes as ML is the manager he will get players we could only dream about playing for us just a short few seasons ago....
........but I still have no understanding of why Man City would be interested ?? I mean Scott is decent but certainly not world class......
They're building up their quota of British born players ,but that's not to say that he won't end up elsewhere
The lad thinks he better than he actually is, thought he was very average last season, especially after a great season in the Championship. Why the hell Man City are interested is beyond me. Obviously Scott is missing the bright lights of a big city or certainly his misses is. If I was ML I wouldn't pick him to play tomorrow, I want committed player to the Swansea cause not ones who don't intend to stick around.
