I'd take him as we just need to freshen up the front line but still rather have Rossi, Llorente is a good number 9 but not sure about his pace (lack of it).
Wasn't impressed with him, Gyan is quickly becoming my favourite choice if we are to get a striker but first we need to get rid of PSB and Defoe if we are going to persist with one up top next season.
Clubs don't want to sell players in January, as they find it tricky to find capable and available replacements. Very few players are cup-tied at the moment and very few squads are completely settled.
That's a separate factor though, Lidls. Spurs don't want to sell now, but if things are going well then we'll be even less inclined to sell in January, as we'd be unable to replace Modric adequately.
Perhaps the politic of the Athletic escapes the b team of north londing...can you suggest who this replacement might be?
The market value, in this case, is whatever somebody is willing to pay. There is a dearth of quality players available; and therefore, the law of supply & demand rules. It is pointless to say "That's above the market value" If somebody else steps in, and pays the price, then that IS the market value.

hard to say...friendly with internationals immenent largely inconclusive...spurs need Defoe in form or another front man..forget Llorente..graet player but 34m?..Iker is gonna be the the box office boy,already the youngest scorer in La Liga and still just turned 18..Martinez is a rael talent as well,City offered 28m two years ago,not to mention Herrera who just signed from RZ..all young players with great talent...Lloernte deal may still be on..my uncle gabby,senior member AB has told me todat that Aduriz may be on his way back to Bilbao..very likely as a replacement for FL...transfer doings always more exciting than the pitch action.
