Saturday night, back from game, sick as a chip, Bruce out.

Sunday numb, pain subsiding, started to laugh again, better feel.

Monday, glass refilled, positive head back, rose tinted glasses on, straw in mouth to breath through sand my head is in.

Come on Stoke, lets be having ya, come on me bonny lads.

Cant remember how many games I have left over the years saying,"Thats it, never again". I always return, like a drug but not that many highs

I agree and i also think there was no way Bruce was going to be sacked after 4 games, now if we are not sorted by xmas he may well be.

I hope he gets things right

I'm stuck on your Saturday Syd, I still feel like I did waking away from the ground at full time. Usually does simmer after a day or two, even after the mags. I hope Bruce can turn it around starting with a win on Sunday, I just can't see him turning it around. I've done all the ifs and buts, its like we are all in the stages of grieving and many seem to be.in the denial stage.

No, we know the problems but we also know our limitations. Many years ago, in my early management days, I used to worry about all sorts of things. An old boss of mine, a very wise man, said,"Listen, there are 2 sorts of problems, those you can do something about and those you cant. Concentrate on the ones you can affect, let other worry about those you cant".

I cant affect Bruce and his future, can have a say next Sunday, I can affect my week, I like being happy.

I like being happy and nothing makes me happier than Sunderland winning, how many times will I be happy this season if the board don't act when they need to? He's game by game for me now, beat Stoke and he should get the Norwich and west brom games, anything less than 5 or 6 points and he should be shown the door. If we lose the next 3, heaven forbid.

Aye but do you know what?

We brainwash our kids into being Sunderland fans thus inflicting years of misery & pain on them that we know they will suffer.

    What twats parents can be.

Bet you've got a gimp suit, and a dungeon underneath your house in the leafy suburbs of Coxhoe....

You like more punishment than a dodgy MP during a spanking session....It's all on tape somewhere.
