According to the Sunday Sun, he could be back for Blackburn! Add this to Ben Arfa coming back and this could be an exciting few weeks ahead! :)

    Team for Blackburn
    Krul
    Simmo-Colo-Saylor-Santon
    Cabaye Tiote
    Obertan -Arfa - Jonas
    Best

Bring Ba on for Obertan at 60 mins and go two up front. Gosling on for Ben Arfa around that time aswell, and maybe give Sameobi the last 10 mins on for Jonas.

That looks good, except Marveaux on for HBA, not Gosling. Marv has earned it in his performances, Gosling hasn't.

Great news but I expect he will drop Best, I get the opinion based on interviews Pardew intends to put Ba ahead of him. As for Jonas and Obertan well I'd drop Jonas if I'm honest.

I'm as excited as everyone else that Ben Arfa is coming back, But I do think we should give him some time. A few sub appearances before he starts as I would really hate for him to get another niggling little injury after being out for soooo long.

Can I say I thought you deserved the win yesterday, and you have had a very good start to the season.

With these two players coming in you could easily be in with a chance of getting European football next year. I think 6th place may be up for grabs and my money is on a three way battle between yourselves, Stoke and Arsenal.

You seem to have a good squad of players at the moment, occasionally Pardew makes the odd strange decision, like taking Best off yesterday when I thought you could of gone on to win the game. The only player I'm not convinced is good enough for Newcastle is Obertan. Cayabe looks class and with the 2 mentioned in the OP returning you should be very excited about this season.

Thanks, and best of luck for the rest of the season.

This. If it was Hernandez or someone like that, they'd be on about what a good predatory instinct he's got, and how he always makes good runs, blah blah blah.

To be honest the pundits never stick their necks out in fear of looking stupid, what they don't realise, is that they are stupid.

That is very true. From a rival fans point of view, Best looks very much the part.
