Would Santa Cruz from Man City be worth a shout? Apparently he is keen for a loan move and hinted at going to Leeds or Leicester. I think he would be a quality signing and would be wasting his time going to the Championship....either that or he just wants an easy life and score a bag full of goals?! A big name signing that Fernandes could be after....
I agree with need for defenders completely. But, we only have one tried and tested premier league striker (tho sure Bothroyd will be ok), but barring injury, and a little bit of healthy competition a striker of Santa Cruz's quality should not be overlooked.
