Does anyone know why Sammy Lee has left Liverpool? As he and Kenny goes back to there playing days, I'm just a bit surprised as Liverpool seem to be doing well in the latter part of last season.
I reckon he wanted a new challenge at West Ham. Or maybe Clarke has been promoted and he was pushed into leaving.
Steve Clarke seems to have taken over his role since January but Liverpool respected Sammy Lee by seeing out his contract rather than humilating him by sacking him.
