Yeah, he signed a four and a half year contract this year according to Wiki, so I guess the only reason they'd sell him is if they thought the purchase monies could be used better elsewhere
There are bigger clubs who could use him: Arsenal's defence is dreadful, liverpool's ain't brilliant, Villa may want a better partner for Dunne, Spurs have so amny defensive injuries, as do Newcastle, If Terry get's done for racism, then he's out for a long perion of tome etc.

Listening to Liverpool/Blackburn game. He has kept Andy Carroll quiet. Without him they would be a couple down by now ... and now they've managed to nick one and go in ahead at half time. If Samba left Blackburn this season the fans would go absolutely mental ... and they ain't far off from that now.
