Three grand per day and staying in a five star hotel. It cannae be easy.

True, you can force redundancies though but all you're doing is passing the buck.

They seem far too reluctant to lay anyone off.

What I don't understand is this shortfall of £4.5 million. They have just got £3.6 million from Whytes lawyers ringfenced, with possibly £6 million more. Surely this could plug the shortfall?

    Something is definitely not right.

Consensus is that it'll come down to liquidation.

    Am bored with it all.

Rangers Admins are not the only crowd after that money. Forget that, it will be through the courts for months.

that money isnt ours though. Whyte will fight tooth and nail for that and it will take months before it is released, maybe even a year

Are Rangers still contesting whether the Ticketus deal was legit or not? Because surely if they were, they couldn't then manage to ringfence the money the deal generated? Or has one of the administrators managed to get Agent Whyte by the baws here?

But Whyte is a Rangers fan and I'm pretty sure he just forgot to transfer the money over <ok>

Got to agree with getting rid of the high earners. Whittaker for **** sake <grr> ****s been getting £20k a week for being ****e. I'd happily do the same thing for £1k a week.

Agent Green-Whyte-Gold, return to base, your mission is accomplished.

    This whole thing stinks.

The ****s might just be holding out for liquidation.

Do you not think you could sell him in 3 months time for more than 1/4 of a million? Cos that's all his wages will be between now and then. The likes of Papac though are on over 10k a week, and have no sale value with his contract running out. Also with the likes of Kerkar, etc. Do you not think one of the young lads could do just as good a job for maybe a couple of grand a week less? Might be the biggest benefit out of all this for Rangers if the likes of Perry, Ness, McCabe etc get a run of games.

As soon as Celtic lose useability for an asset they have them 'taken out'.

See McBride for example. One day he's ripping into the champs, getting good honest gers fans to look bad by sending him pretend bombs, the next day he's found in a ****ehole in Pakistan with a rope round his neck and covered in semen.

Whyte rushed to get these particular administrators in. If liquidation is the end game for him...... Chances are they'll be doing all they can to help that along

Latest rumour is that the player proposal to Duff & Phelps is to include a form of deferral. This can't happen as the administrators will not allow it as a form of future debt. D&P are becoming a laughing stock.

Even ex-pros who've been through administration with other clubs can't understand what they're up to.

Edit: If the club is losing a million pound a month it has lost £750k since D&P arrived and because they delayed the decision last Monday on who to get rid off due to international break, that equates to £250k down the drain. Rather than saving money as they were brought in to do their indecisiveness is costing the club thousands of pounds per day.

It does seem like the administrators haven't either a) got a clue b) have been told to go for liquidation

It's boring/tedious as **** but for Rangers fans it must be torture!
