JWP being interviewed on Sky at the Saints exhibition was asked if he had booked a holiday in the summer or hoped to be going to Russia (bless), but he said that he and his partner were expecting a baby. We're all going to be grandparents. Also sounded positive about working under Hughes....but tbf when hasn't he been positive.

So that solves the mystery of Nelly's Instagram post. Pretty much what everyone had assumed i guess. Owners are just letting the board get on with things their own way.
Good PR for Nelly to attend and speak at an event like this. Most fans were concerned by the owners complete absence....we don't want them making footballing decisions necessarily, but showing an interest goes down well.
http://www.birmingham.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=525147 Article discussing the situation of Gallagher at Birmingham. Has had an ok time on loan, but does not appear to be a regular starter. Uncertainty as to whether Birmingham are interested in extending his stay there or even what Saints' intentions are.
It must be frustrating for him. He was just starting to find some form and then the new manager comes in and drops him.
Steve Mills at left back FFS. Sorry but no Ricky - David Armstrong instead. No Twatbeard but Steve Williams instead Mark Wright and Killer as centre backs.
No good saying that you weren't asked....the voting form was out there...I know I filled it in. It was in the form of select from a supplied list....helped me as a memory aid. And in the end it isn't supposed to be a definitive team, but the team as selected by the fans who voted. That will always have a bias towards more recent players, well known players, and be affected by the age group who voted. Nothing to have a hernia about.
How was I supposed to know. They should have telephoned and asked me. They know I care about these things.
