Pied reflecting on his game time last night. He looked good, but then he is a very experienced player. Pleased to see him back fit. One question....why do all our injured players end up being out long term? Never seem to have little tweaks and twinges. Are the medics operating a job creation programme.
I worry for our young players. How can they survive on a mere £18k per week? Poor lads. Do I need to use blue ink for this post?
*cough* Bertrand *cough* last week *cough* but in all seriousness, we always seem to get little tweaks but then they just disappear and don't seem to come back. like Boufal. (any news on him?) or Hesketh (he was back, wasn't he?). Rodriguez and his 'foot pain'. I've just about given up on VVD being back in time for the League cup final. Yes
Trying to sort out our diary today, for the next 6 weeks... and still two re-arranged matches to be confirmed. We have two season tickets, therefore £140 approx. investment and after months no news of the dates. This is the responsibility of the premier league who continue to treat fans like s*** in my opinion. We have responsibilities and commitments.
Almost certain United will be the midweek before the final game of the season. Assuming PL still trying to get permission from Uefa about Arsenal game. It is taking the piss now though.
Innit. I could work for a month doing what they do, and set up Fable for a year, which would be enough to launch her properly....silly!
They know you are a disparate, semi-captive audience. You'll never get supporters to boycott, because they'll always be someone to take their place. Yet, all it would take would be half a dozen empty stadiums on match days and the Premier League would sit up and take notice. They know they've got you by the short and curlies.
At least we will have pre-season to recover from all the injuries we will get from that fixture pileup. edit: So the days between our remaining matches go :10 - 4 - 8 - 3 - 3 - 4 - 4

Sorry only just catching up on this thread..........For your info and others if interested my first football match was with my Granddad he took me to a Pompey Match for 5th birthday in December ..........wait for it.........December 1947. When my uncle found out that I had been to a Pompey game he was not amused...........He decided to take me to a Saints game.......the exact date escapes me. However it was approximately 2 days after my uncles demob from The Army. Which we can place as Feb/ March 1948. It was against a side called Millwall and we beat the ass off them 5-1 (I Think) I'm guessing but I'm pretty sure we were in div 2 in those days. The hole thing was strange because I met a gang of lads that I had met at the Pompey match. They became my life long friends sadly all gone now. From then on I was a Saints fan I got so excited seeing a football team score so many goals.......
Yeah then we sold you to Blackburn.........oh and I was there that day you got your hat trick. Said then Saints needed to hang on to you....Er does that sound familiar?
