So, as i am unable to get a season ticket next season because im moving to South Tyneside for college, i would need to keep up with the mighty Saints and come to every game i can when im down, so i thought i would ask these questions...

    - Do any of you guys/gals have Saints Player ?

    - Is it worth the money ?

    - Are the highlights and other information from within the club, like interviews, any good ?

It's only like £4 a month so definitely worth it if you can't get to games (being in Tyneside, I can imagine it would be difficult!!)

Interviews are good if you like that sort of thing, highlights are better than BBC's, definitely recommend it.

To be honest you can usually see the highlights on bbc sport about the same time you can get it on Saints player. However the function that allows you to actually listen to games home and away is quite useful. As is the archive footage. Another good feature is the fact you can see the interviews with the team and NA. So at a push at around £5 per month yes I guess it is. Just about worth the money I would say. If they start to charge more than that I think I might reconsider.

    Definitely worth it. You get:

    - 4/5 minute highlights of all games (with dodgy commentary)
    - 12ish minute highlights sync'd with BBC Solent's commentary with multiple camera angles and slo-mo replays (for every home game and some away)
    - The odd full 90 minute match
    - Ability to listen to Solent if outside of the region
    - Interviews (usually Radio Solent's interviews on camera, but also some additional)
    - The odd youth game highlights
    - All the archive footage you could want

Being at uni myself (albeit pretty close, in Brighton) I can definitely say it is worth a fiver a month.

Definately worth it. You have to wait for highlights, but later they do an extended version and sometimes full 90 min. Enjoy hearing the interviews, because sometimes the impression you get is different from the written word. Sometimes I watch matches from the archives. During the summer break, I have enjoyed watching highlights from the Brighton, Huddersfield, and MK Dons match. Pay monthly and cancel if you don't want it.

Definitely worth it for the commentary feature alone (another Uni student).
