Morning guys! Just thought I'd get your views on our match this coming weekend. Really want you guys to stay up but with your run in I reckon you need 10 points from your next five games to feel safe. A tough ask but doable.

Saturday should be a good match and I can see a few goals. Hopefully not in our net!

We've lost Cork but have Wanyama back fit so should be pretty much at full strength.

    Best of luck after Saturday.

Cheers lamby, the thing is, you're safe for another year so how about letting us have the three points? Go on, you know you want to!

    ;)

Tempting Dave but we've already gone and donated points to you earlier in the season. We can't let it happen twice. Whart would people think!

Well we are Saints I suppose but look we've already done you a favour by doing the double over Palace and Fulham.

Letting you do it to us could be seen as going too far.

Would be nice if we could do the double over you lamby, but as things stand, I would gladly take a point from your place

Hoping obviously for a home win but could see you getting a point. Think there will be goals,

If Bassong plays, and carries on his form from the last couple of matches, then I fear there will be many goals....all in our end

I certaintly hope not, if there are goals plural, then the best we can hope for is 1-1.

    Bah!

One of these games we will convert a few of the chances we have been making. Dominating possession without scoring recently.

Agree with Melchett a 1 - 1 draw is as good as we can expect. So long as Bassong is not playing we can at least expect not to score an own goal or give away a penalty. This guy seems completely determined to sink NCFC without trace - what have we done to upset him? If I read the EDP correctly, it seems that there are some underlying issues being played out on the park. Hopefully not. If there is it is the loyal fan who feels the disappointment that these well paid players may be inflicting.:emoticon-0112-wonde

Just out of curiosity, how many goals have we conceded due to Bassong errors and misjudgement?, he must have cost us some points this season.

I can see nothing apart from another defeat. Anything otherwise would be completely astonishing!

    But obviously very welcome!

I agree but it adds balance, he certainly has had lapses that have been costly, but he has also had periods of play where he has saved us points!

Very true Dave, he has been a part of those big pluses, but it doesn't mean he was faultless in those games either, spurs were certainly presented with a very scorable chance by him. I don't like player witch hunts but his current former just doesn't for me justify his ongoing selection.
    Bah!
