When we're doing bad it seems none of our teams can even score. Sneak a win and goals seem to be coming from everywhere. Hopefully that club form continues onto the first team next week. (man city u18 are apparently also unbeaten averaging 3-4 goals a game) (Also Kornelius is a brilliant name, i want him in our first team just for that)
Forgive me but in what universe is that a "poacher's" goal. It is very good strikers goal. Surely a poacher's goal is tap in from close range?
Do we have a big youth setup in Ireland? I was just going through our u18's this year and noticed we have 5 or 6 players from there. It just surprised me as I hadn't heard that. Edit: and of course O'Connor who is already in the u23's If we're lucky Ireland might have a lot to thank us for in a few years lol.
http://www.inter.it/en/news/59741/southamptons-academy-sides-set-to-be-hosted-by-the-nerazzurri The younger Academy sides off to Milan. My friend's grandson will probably be going as he will be in the u9s (or possibly u10s)....he has already been abroad 3 times in his first season at Saints. Great experience for a youngster.
No mention on twitter but i am lead to believe McQueen scored a pen and west brom have had a red (their goalkeeper)
