I only saw him as a sub in an England u21 match and he played on the wing and showed some nice touches. Early days with this rumour. The big question is how much?

I have actually heard of this guy before. He came onto the scene at Brighton last season really, especially when they had a few injuries. My friend, who is a Brighton fan, thinks he is more than good enough for the PL, and says he is an astute signing. I agree.
