    He's a bad signing because he isn't Charlie Austin? Huh. That's a new one.

    Pretty happy with this, because he's a player of a type we need. Now I'm going to go get my torch and pitchfork store ready for when we sign a new goalkeeper and he's not Charlie Austin either.

    £5m for a full Spanish international - what's not to like? Not as if the Spanish national side is starved of attacking players either. Is fairly low risk.

    That will be great - so every time Pelle scores, we'll know Juanmi will be knocking in a second eight minutes later. Love a bit of routine and consistency.

    I know absolutely nothing about this guy so I've decided to tell myself that he isn't a regular in the Spanish national team because he's only 95% as good as David Silva.
