Russian Commandos **** Somali Pirates

The video tape in link below shows Russian Navy commandos on a Somalian pirate ship shortly after the pirates had captured a Russian oil tanker.

The Euro Union navy that patrols these waters would not interfere because they feared there could be casualties . So the Russian Navy Commandos freed their compatriots and the tanker . . . . and then moved the pirates back to their own pirate ship,
The Russians searched the pirate ship for weapons and explosives . . . and found plenty! And then they left the ship and exploded it with all remaining pirates hand-cuffed to it .

Yes, the commandos sank the pirate ship along with the pirates and without any court proceedings, lawyers, etc . They used the anti-piracy laws of the 18th and 19th centuries where the captain of the rescuing ship has the right to decide what to do with the pirates . In those days, they were usually hanged .

Conclusion after watching: Think that from now on Russian ships will not be favoured targets for Somalian pirates

They sound like kids on bonfire night when the second explosion happened

 

Pirates are the scum of the earth and should be put to death only after being tortured for a very long time, years even

 

Holy ****! However its the warlords that are directing the piracy. These people will be just as quickly replaced by them luring the desperately poor with riches from these exploits (as these undoubtedly recruited in the same way). Killing the pirates will in no way stop it.

A functioning democracy with an army that is in control and that is inviting to foreign investment and has an economy with potential is the only way this will stop

 

Can the Russians really just do that??

 

Well I`ve been tortured for over 30 ****ing years, just waiting for some **** to put me out of my misery

Quick google search shows this was around May 2010 so would seem they have got away with/entitled to do so.
