I have had a laugh looking at some of the names mentioned on websites as potential signings. We should be in a position to bring in some of the names mentioned but we never will with our current regime. Both transfer fees and wages will be the problem we simply can't or rather Mike Ashley won't compete and this will not change while he retains control of our club. Expect more of the up and coming young europeans who will be cheap and not command huge wages coupled with one or two bosmans. That is what he aspires to and I cannot for the life of me work out why he dosen't try and sell up again. He has no love or feel for the club either he is making too much money out of the club or he values it too highly I would have thought we would be a great investment opportunity considering what you would buy into. We have genuine untapped potential I would even go as far as to say the only big club left in Premier League who with the right owner has the potential to be a giant on a level with Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool I exclude Man U as they are at a different level again. Just don't understand why we have no-one interested in buying though that is probably down to trying to deal with Ashley and his cronies
