When he was here he was a squad player. He never really got a decent run in the first team, the longest he got was around 5 games. He was class on his debut against the MK Dons and then fizzed out. The problem here was Nigel tried to control Gradel more and keep his aggression under wraps abit more while Simon Grayson has unleashed Gradel and just let him play. Leeds have seen the best side of Gradel and the ugly side of Gradel at the same time. The other day against Southampton he threw a temper tantrum when he didnt get a peno and was shouting and swearing at the ref. We didnt get that we got a more controlled Gradel
I see Billy Kee scored a hat-trick for the NI under 20's as well last night - our academy can certainly bring through good young players
