Who do you think will shine more next season? I'm interested to know if you think Rooney will shine more under VG or RVP simply because of the Dutch connection? I'm putting together a FF team and Rooney is 10.5m and RVP is 12.5m. Will RVP be worth an extra 2m?
Depends on the scoring system for the FF. Over the past couple of seasons Rooney has tended to get around as many assists as goals, whereas RVP is more of a goal machine. If they both stay fit then RVP is likely to outscore Rooney, particularly with LVG playing to his strengths, but if RVP misses a few games through injury then Rooney will probably get more points. It all depends on just how crocked Van Persie is.
