watching real madrid almeria, live, ronaldo just scored after 3 mins making him the highest scorer in a season ever in spain. 39 so far in the league, wonder why he cost so much, and chelsea paid 50 million for a statue...
Was deliberating putting money on him for first goal scorer. "More is lost through indecision than a wrong decision," Anthony Soprano.
Are you suggesting that just because he's scored 39 goals, takes an awesome freekick, is quick, strong and a good passer that he's somehow superior to Sulley?
are you watching it, this is what you have got to look forward to, spanish football is brilliant to watch
Very true mate. Facts are Ronnie has proved himself in the 2 best leagues in the world, in fact, scratch proved for excelled. Messi, physically may struggle in a league like ours, he'd get kicked to ****. Ronaldo used to, but he could take it, well, he got used to it. Neither of them have turned up internationally though, tiurnament wise at least, which is bizarre.
Aye mate. It's good to watch, but i do love the style of our game. It's gonna feel pretty glamourous for a while, Real, Barca , Valencia, big derby against Seville. Nowt like Wigan.
just seems like everyone is a big name player. jersey dudek, seems to have been around forever, but his last game for real,m
Yeah all small people like Fabregas, Silva, Nasri, Scholes, Wilshire etc struggle in our league don't they? As for not turning up in international tournaments Messi was Argentina's best plyer in the last world cup, look how important he was for them. It wasn't his fault Maradona let all the success go to his head and play a crazy formation against Germany.
Mate, the only thing Sulley has on Ronaldo is looks... Your judgement is being blinded by Sulleys delicate features and obvious sex appeal...
How was Messi Argentina's best player in the world cup? He did nothing stand out in my opinion. I said physically he may struggle, many more small players have failed to adapt, we signed Riveros, one of the better players in the world cup, and he is nowhere near up to scratch physically. I'm not saying Messi wouldn't be a great player for any side in the world, but he certainly wouldn't be scoring 50 goals in a season in England. Wouldn't be the case of an Arsenal fan wanting to say anyone is better than an ex United player would it? For the record, i'd back Messi in a Messi vs Ronaldo debate every time.
Messi did nothing in the World Cup, even less than Ronaldo who plays in a very average Portugal side.
Ronaldo would get in my all time first 11 all day long. Players like him come along once in a decade. We've had Ronaldo followed by Messi, wonder who will be the next superstar.... Billy Knott?
