I think Ronaldo is too much of a competitor to go to Monaco. They can pay him the money he wants, but he won't be competing at the highest level. If the alleged deals with Nike and Chevy are true, he'd stand to make the most money at United.

Rumors have it that Nike and Chevorlet would pick up part of his wages. Nike would make millions of dollars if Ronaldo came back to United.
