Robbie Williams has been released by the club......by mutual agreement whatever that means ? Didn't see that coming.....I assume Sheridan has told him he has no future under his management. Is Sheridan clearing the decks for when the loan window opens in February ???
Just said on the other thread that this one is the surprise of the window. I never saw this coming either. Thought Williams was ok myself. Not the greatest footballer ever to wear green but he certainly wasn't the worst.
Sorry sensible what do you mean ? Gillingham v Oxford.....Tues 26th Feb ? Gillingham v Argyle.....Sat 9th Mar ?
You said "come down here" which meant I thought you meant Kent. No, I know it's Argyle honest. If he plays, and it might be a big one, I'm just not sure which way the crowd would go. Decorum says they keep quiet but you know football crowds.
Sorry to confuse you old fellow.....down here meaning Home Park sensible.......I'm hoping to go to the Gillingham match on the 9th of March......but my cataract op has been postponed until the 8th of March.......probably not wise to travel less than 24hrs later.....maybe best thing to do is not pre-buy a ticket.
Yet Chadwick stays poor decision IMHO would back Robbie to get a couple of goals either directly or from well delivered free kicks over Nick the ...male reproductive organ....hmmm wish I could think of a word that was insulting but rhymed with his name.
Hard to off-load Chadwick whilst he is serving a 6 match suspension.....you certainly couldn't loan him out......and to pay him off is probably too dear as well.
Would rather we had released a player who was suspended than one who could have played. Never been a fan of Chadwick but not a hater either always thought he gives his best but after that ridiculous sending would like to see him gone.
