    <cheers>

    not getting ahead of ourselves (although it's hard not to) good top ten finish for us would be great and all i'm expecting anything else would be a massive bonus.

    Why is it that everytime someone from another club posts a nice comment on here you feel the need to come out with an insult before saying 'only joking cheers'. Just be normal and nice you helmet.

    Agreed, annoyingly you are playing well and have a great spirit. Pleased that Stoke got beaten anyway, even if it was by you! :)

    Well shows what can be done on a limited budget anyway, I don't think you will finish in top 4 but Europe is a realistic aspiration at this point - fair play to NU.

    Cheers lads, none of us are getting ahead of ourselves (or at least I hope not). Just need to look back at your league position earlier last season to show how easily things can go off course. You genuinely did look a good shout for Europe.

    As far as I'm concerned we're 18 points from safety, until we have those 18 points, we don't have anything! (having said that...WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!)

    sick of arguing the point on the mackem board about certain mackems who just insult us when we go over there or have cross board threads then we have feckers who do it here <doh>

    come back after xmas as i said we're playing as a solid unit but not looking to Europe yet 9th and i would be well pleased also would hate it if you lot went down wouldn't be the same <ok>

    But lets enjoy the moment! We're THIRD!!!! And not even THIRD!!! just on goal difference, we're 3 POINTS ahead of fourth place CHELSEA.... and we're THIRD :D :D aah, best season EVER (not quite). Unbeatoon!

    My favorite part of this whole situation is, if we can pull off a win against Everton, we go 2nd...And I tell you something else, if we DO go 2nd, there will be more black n white striped Sunderland fans than ever before later that afternoon!

    Imagine if we go second!!!!! Aah, crazy :D Just a shame it's at Old Trafford! If it was at SOS I'd be more hopeful of a draw!

    **** it, it's not delusion land anymore. We're doing well
