Had this cold / flu for about a week now and shows no sign of improving. Literally the whole of my office has had it, and its basically the worst cough anyone has ever experienced coupled by hot and cold fever type symptoms. Its really rough and I can't seem to go more than 5 minutes without coughing - got to the point now where everything is so sore i feel like i'm going to cough up blood. Not good.
I'm just about starting to feel better now after a week of headaches, shivers, candles hanging from my nose and a burning cough. Ignore those who say man up, mate, they sound like your average wife
Just out of interest did you get the flu jab this year? Similar situation at my work where every ****er was ill, nasty business, anyway hope you feel better soon
Do you smoke? My colds are nothing like as bad since I gave up, used to go to my chest and last two weeks.
