    I can't say that I'm overjoyed with this appointment, but I guess he has good relations with some of the younger players so that can't be a bad thing....

    I think this is really positive appointment. The position as 1st Team Coach is really important and, when you consider the tight knit ethos within our squad at the moment, keeping with someone that knows the players well is a good thing in my mind. We dont need to rock any boats at the moment. Best of luck Richard - IWWT!

    Good appointment. Doesn't have to be a big name or a fans favourite to be the right man for the job.

    Ancelotti would have been better, although maybe they'll give him the youth team job.
