Has anyone been since the meltdown restrictions have been partially lifted? Must be somewhat awkward with the 1m social distancing rule. Even more troublesome would be how to get the food in one's mouth wearing a mask. P.S. This is not me angling for a meet up meal for all on here, although there is a first time for everything I suppose. P.P.S. What is your favourite restaurant that you have been to and is it still open for business post meltdown?
Went to the Caff last Wednesday, had a sit down feed. No discernible evidence of social ****nuttery, and no one was wearing a mask. Haven’t been in the sort of restaurant yet, where the cutlery is already on the table when you sit down.
Absolutely. Gastro pubs are great. Although, and perhaps this is just me, I immediately think gastroenteritis.
Had a nice lunch a couple of weeks ago: Lambay Island Crab Claws,Beer Batter Cod & chips,2 glasses of Sauvignon blanc, skipped coffee but had 2 pints of Guinnes, lovely it was.
Was in Morrisons earlier, their cafe is back open, social distancing between tables, fcuking people coughing and sneezing alles uber der platz, fcuk that for a game of soldiers.
