I know this is jumping the gun, but more and more and people are asking for him to leave, but who could actually replace him?

Just so you know I don't think he should leave even if we go down, and the only possible replacement I see at the moment is Harry, but I don't want him back.

IF anyone does come in they need Prem experience.

    Thoughts......

To Benitez id rather not waste a bottomless pit of money, and Hoddle has not managed for a while. I just cant see anyone worth getting, that would realistically come.

Keep faith. The true measure of a man is not where he stands in times of comfort and success, but where he stands in times of adversity.

Ranieri would be nice. But I'm more than happy for Adkins to continue for the foreseeable.

To quote a managerial cliche, he'd be down to the "bare bones".

Don't ask me why but when I look at McCarthy I get the distinct impression he would smell like a butcher's shop.

Why does it have to be someone out of work?

All the suggestions I've seen, not one in-work manager mentioned

Nigel is well used to both situations - his first season in the Championship with Scunthorpe lead to immediate relegation. Following promotion back to the Championship he again faced adversity as Scunthorpe started the inexorable slide that now sees them rooted to the foot of League One. How did he face this inevitable adversity? He jumped ship and moved to Southampton leaving little old Scunny to struggle.

As Alex Crook has just tweeted, don't be surprised to Les Reed takeover should Adkins go. I'd pretty much just be waiting for his appointed to be announced, should Adkins go.

So be careful what you wish for.
