If we start worrying about Blackburn, then i won't get any sleep between now and Sunday. We HAVE to assume Blackburn are gone - and they will be if we beat Stoke on Sunday. Let's just beat Stoke and everything will be rosy in my garden (if i had one).

It doesnt warrant thinking about but playing devils advocate, Bolton could easily beat Brom and we could easily lose to Stoke!. Why hasnt anyone put that in any of the predictions??...I can just smell us getting a friggin draw v Stoke..arrggh!
Agree. If it comes down to beating either WBA or Stoke I'd say we have by far the more tricky of the two. West Brom are on the beach with a cocktail and a big fat cigar and only need to wait until after the play-offs to find out who their next manager will be. They will be a push over and Bolton stand much more of a chance of getting a win than we do against Stoke. Pulis won't settle for sitting back and letting us throw everything including the kitchen sink at them without having a strategy to hit us on the counter attack or from set pieces. Bolton stand more of a chance of a point at Stoke on the last day than we do against Citeh. Are we right to write off Blackburn? Two wins (unlikely) and a mash up of goal difference and they could also pip us to it. If they beat Wigan they are on level points with us if we lose to Stoke and a 5 goal difference a the moment could be wiped out in one go. All we can hope for is to get 3 points at Stoke and wish heavy defeats on Bolton & Blackburn because I don't expect any luck at Eastlands on the last day of the season. At least Spuds doing Bolton last night has evened things up a bit.
The only problem is that Chelsea have nothing to play for now, so if Blackburn beat Wigan dragging them back into the mix they may just have the incentive to beat a disinterested Chelsea. Not inconceivable that there may be five teams ending the season with 37 points...
Stoke will do their very best to beat us and it will be a grind. They can grind out draws too. They will come to achieve something. Only a win suits us. You have been great at home lads! One more massive push! We can play the youth team an Man City! UUURRRRSSSS!
