The silly spuds are talking as if they could have any manager they want, but why would someone like Moyes want to give up job security to go and work for an outfit that are run by Abramovich part deux (but without the money) and no prospects of breaking into Europe with a deserted dressing room?
There was a comment on the BBC article or somewhere else where a spud was weighing the pros and cons of getting Guardiola vs Moyes. . One would bring Iniesta along the other Fellaini.
Poor spuds... I feel sorry for them to be honest. Harry brought them the glory years they crave so badly. He gave them CL footie, put them on the world stage and made people sit up and take notice of 'the other' team from North London. Now he's gone I really do think Spurs will be in a dire and desperate situation. You get some managers who are specifically suited to clubs and I believe the spurs Redknapp combo was a match made in heaven. Good luck spuds on whatever is round the corner but I'm not sure you'll recover from this in the way you'll need to move forward as a club. I saw a headline which was very apt this morning, it read; 'you've been Harryed' Says it all really.
I used to spend many a happy hour trawling through this board reading how great Harry was and how he was going to lead us to the top of the league. Oh wait, no I didn't you bunch of opportunistic hypocrites.
I don't get what you are saying, your point isn't valid at all. Only a stupid Arsenal fan would fail to admit that Redknapp did a wonderful job at Spurs and actually made you a good team, nobody is now saying Redknapp is a bad manager, we were frankly lucky to get 3rd from you - had it not been for the England job I doubt we would be playing CL football next season. So I don't get why you are saying we are being hypocrites at all. At no point did we not acknowledge the fact he is a bringer of doom as well though and I don't see another manager making Spurs the force they were last season ... so its downhill for you now especially as Bale and Modric look like "bailing" because you are now "moderate". Its the way I tell 'em
We should be eternally grateful that 'arry and the spuds have parted comany. As 'arry said himself if he'd stayed the spuds would have been champions within a couple of years
Have you seen your club's website? They list all the pre-season trophies you have won, FFS. Glass houses and all that.
How many trophies have spurs won in the last 10 years? How many have Arsenal won? How long was the gap between you winning the 08 trophy and the previous one, 9/10 years? With the recent crap going on at your club are you confident you will win a trophy before hitting the 7 year mark without one? We've won more than you and achieved much more than you overall, piss off and focus on keeping yourself out the bottom 5. Think before you speak, Yid boy. Kiss it.
