http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/cardiff-citys-3m-defender-bruno-7769921 I think hes completely lost it. Macheda caused lots of problems did he - when? The person who he caused most problems to was Declan John who was totally exposed to attack after attack for 45 minutes. Not 100%. Yep well spotted. Most of us noticed this after half an hour. So why was he still on the pitch at the end. Id say the entire squad isnt 100% fit either. To be fair to Macheda he was out of position and needs to be played as a striker. Judging by these comments it will be Ralls , Whitts , Gunner again. My bet would be Daehli for Pilkington but who knows. I just hope talented young players like Ralls and Daehli dont have their confidence shattered over the coming games.
Gunnarson was outstanding for 35 minutes, best player on the pitch. After that I'm attempting to erase from my memory but it wasn't Gunnar's fault. I thought he was excellent against Wolves 2nd half until he was injured too.
Must agree about Gunnar that first half hour - immense presence on the pitch. He was always thereabouts wherever the ball went, and was constantly in the Norwich player's faces. In common with the rest of the team (except Connolly and Brayford) he transformed into a lost sould not knowing quite what to do when Norwich turned up the heat. He was eventually asked to do a job not befitting his best abilities - wide right FFS! He might just as well have not been on the pitch the last half hour, and that applies to Macheda on the left. Ole really has got to get this right - his soundbytes after the event are becoming a bloody embarrassment.
He played well for 35 minutes. Best ive seen him for over a season but then seemed out on his feet along with most of the side. One of the goals was down to him giving the ball away. He played the no.10 role. I reckon Mason would have been totally different class to Gunner there even for the 1st 35. But another player Ole discarded.
Just seen this on the BBC. Cardiff City will not 'panic' over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's position Cardiff City will not make a hasty reaction regarding the future of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, despite the nature of Saturday's defeat to Norwich. However it is clear the club hierarchy, who backed Solskjaer to the hilt in the transfer window, will expect an improvement in a busy spell before the next international break in October. Does this mean we have to wait until October before they make a decision!
