Thought he might have stayed 3/5 at the back.

Well done Bluebirds. Richly deserved win for all the effort. Obviously with a bit more luck could have been more.
    But a massive 3 points.

Deserved to win for their perseverance and effort.

Reading were terrible. Their fans must be narked at their boring lump it up to Carroll.

    ps Sawyers take a bow<whistle>

Great performance. Deserved a bigger win margin.

3 injury worries for next week.

    Phologene should be okay.

    O'Dowda 50/50.

Robbo, looks like hamstring. Could be 4 weeks at least, if not worse.

    Listened to Ince interview.
Blamed the ref for not sending off McGuiness and said there wasn’t much between the teams and it was their 3rd game in 6 days.
He’s deluded. Reading had no interest in playing- not one save for Rocky, and just went long ball. 2,3-0 wouldn’t have been unjust.
Oh and we played 3 games in 6 days as well.

Haven't seen any interviews yet, but I'll have a look later. If Ince said that, he's a bigger fool than I took him for. Reading were simply pathetic. They are probably, no definitely the worst team to visit us this season - absolutely hopeless. Why we didn't win that by as much as 4 or 5 goals is a mystery - or maybe that just sums our season up?

Massive shift by everyone and a well deserved 3 points. Looking a lot better now both in the table but particularly in spirit. There have been question marks about the lack of "class and quality" amongst the squad, but that sort of togetherness both on the pitch and the touchline will see us OK.

The 6 points give us a chance to look upwards with just the occasional furtive glance back over our shoulders.

To some extent next week's game at Norwich is a free hit. We don't expect anything so to gain one point will be a bonus.

After that the serious stuff starts again with the Wurzels at home. That will be another must win.

Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day, I've got a wonderful feeling, everything's going our way....

Didn't get home till just after midnight after the game last night...

Have to say that overall it was a very good performance again.
Clearly we really should have been far more comfortable in terms of the margin of victory, and that last 15 minutes I'd almost started to convince myself that they were going to do a smash and grab on us, especially when we hit the woodwork twice in quick succession.

Plenty of positives to take from the game but keeping both feet firmly planted on the ground, there were a couple of negatives too.

Kaba was really frustrating last night. Took up good positions but was wasteful, and then just didn't seem bothered/want to put the effort in immediately after half time.
No surprise to see him hooked quickly.

All the injuries are a worry too. Really hope Robbo's isn't too serious as there were times he was running the show.
O'Dowda as well... Will Bagan be up to the job of filling in if needed??

Mrs Brizzle not impressed that I dragged her along... The meal at the Sand Martin pre-match didn't quite make up for the weather and long wait for a goal <smooch> :emoticon-0131-angel

Really surprised at how one dimensional Reading were. Plenty of their fans not happy with Ince at the helm....
We could be seeing another entry for the sack race at this rate.

A good match report that and it highlighted the difference between the two clubs, togetherness. You can see how much our team has bonded since Sabi and Sol took over.

However describing us a poor team was way off the mark. This was one of our best performances and it shows how well we can play when players are utilised in their best positions. We skinned them down the flanks and could have had a couple more goals.

Sawyer’s winner was the icing on the cake on and excellent Bluebirds performance where as Reading looked like a team of soggy biscuits.

Latest from Ince in a post match club interview..."We would have won if it wasn't for the referee"...<doh>.......<laugh><laugh>

He's not a guy I ever liked and criticises his players all the time - here's the latest from Tileshurstend..............

Wasn't it Sawyers that got us off to a winning start against Norwich? Another long range effort.

    Not done much else.

Agree with that - but if we go for a draw we’ll likely get undone. Norwich need the points for their top 6 bid. So attack is maybe the best form of defence.

Norwich have been a little bit and miss so although it'll be expected of them to win, I wouldn't discount us giving it a good go...

The words twat and miserable apply to Ince. Just reverse the order. I'm sure his mother loves him but you only need a very small room to include any others.
