Ridsdale is looking for an alternative bidder just incase the Irish Consortium don't complete,he seems to be getting nervous about their bid going through.

Too many things about the Irish deal seem totally predicated on property development. If I were a major creditor I might consider taking action against the Administrators for negligence. There were other bids that now look rather more straightforward. It is difficult to know why the Irish Consortium was chosen as we know absolutely nothing about them but other offers would have paid out more to creditors and been a lot more transparent.

Wasn't Ridsdale working with an American consortium of bidders before he came to Home park? I would not be surprised if it was the Americans who are the bidders, with Ridsdale and Guilfoyle both aware of this but wanting the sale to complete before announcing it. We will just have to twiddle our thumbs until the strat of July and see...
hobo...........I think they showed interest at the begining of the process of looking for a buyer,I don't think you should read problems into Ridsdale going to New York. He is doing his Job by staying ahead of the game and seeking alternatives if it goes belly up with the so called Irish bid. As I have said before, I will accept Ridsdale at face value until proven otherwise...........He is trying to sought out someone elses (no names please) mess ,and I feel we would have gone to the wall otherwise, thats my opinion of the state of play at present. I just hope he succeeds in bringing OUR club through.
I did not see any problems in his trip to New York Plymborn, I mearly expressed a plausible theory as to the possible identity of the bidders. You may well be right and he is simply making sure if the current bidders drop out that we have a back up. For saving the club Ridsdale is a friend in my eyes. Like yourself I am happy to give him the chance to turn us around.
Sorry hobo.............I just thought you might of been one of the many who can't see any good coming from Ridsdale. In football sense he is a canny ( I'm not from north of the border, honest) operator and sees how to move foreward,some people see at times that that is devious practice.

Yes sensiblegreeny you've got it.........you have found the answer........eureka what a storyline..........more than a TV soap an epic Hollywood blockbuster. Hobo who lives in a box outside the Mayflower is really a secret multi-millionaire. He is continually taking note of who the good guys are and especially who the bad guys are. When the time is right he will reveal himself (not like that I've already cracked that joke), He will buy the club and give the good guys the responsibility to run it and PAFC will rise up the leagues to win the Premiership and then the European champions league and finally the World Club Championship. HOBO......it's time to reveal who you are and do it all please. Thats the moment that a leak in Hobo's box wakes him up and he realizes how cold and hungry he is and what crap Argyle played last season.
