Why take a chance on a talented failure? There is enough to do trying to get a team together without having to babysit this idiot. It worked for a while with Adel, but then that caused ructions behind the scenes ... and Morrison ain't no Adel.

I like the fact that he has amazing talent but I'm wary as all fcuk that he may infect a good team.
I'd love to say yes but ................................

This is not the team ethos.

Anyway we have a player as good as Morrison in exactly Morrisons position...who comes with the correct attitude and plays for the team and is liked by the team (Chery).....so ABSOLUTELY no

    i would but jfh wont
if morrison could play up front then ok but we are bereft of a big strong target man who can score goals
the bfg is a big strong player but not lethal enough we need a twenty goal a season player somelike like loic remy but younger
possibley he is the chelsea boy wonder if we could get him on a seasons loan then that may well be good

I think sometimes it's good to have a player with a bit of attitude (not the Boswanker type). Look in the past what Adel brought to the side. No butts, Ravel is quality and if you can harness the bad boy image and get him playing then you have quality balls to Polter (something posters have complained about).
I don't think we would go for him with JFH in charge as he want's 11 machines running around (Polter) and not someone who will show brilliance in parts. Plus we have Chery so accommodating would cause problems.
It's a shame as i prefer watch players with skill.

He definitely has skills, but he has become a journeyman footballer. Doesn't appear to be able to settle anywhere and do we really need that when we are trying to build something at LR?

Worth a shot? Not really, another superb talent who presses the self-destruct button, football has so many of them...

Agree Shefford i just think we need more quality. You won't progress with the likes of Henry,Mackie,Gladwin and Co. Sometimes you need players to open a defence up, players with something special, Like a Bowles, Sinclair, Adel. Players that have that arrogance on the pitch. I read a week ago that the reason Washington and Polter aren't scoring is because of the lack of service? He would improve the team. However, i will also agree that he is a bit of a twat with all that 'gangster sh2t'.
For me, i would take him.

I guess you are right in that we do need a bit of spark and on that basis, I'd be tempted to take on on a pay as you play basis. It would work both ways as we could have a decent payer on the cheap and it would give him a chance to put his self in the shop window and prove that his past is behind him.

Why is it so many talented players have flaws? We could only dream about playing professionally and some players waste it. Both Adel and Ravel could be playing top football if that's what they concentrated on.

Some people are born with a self destruct button! There are some that can keep their demons under SOME control, Best, Gascoinge, Worthington, Greaves etc. It seems that players of the younger generation, Adel, Ravel, Cadermarterie (remember him?), Jeffers etc cannot do that.

We had a player called Leon Jenne? He had bags of talent and ended up dealing drugs and breaking into people's houses. what a waste

    CV for your consideration Jimmy:
    1. Not a nice person.
    2. An abysmal attitude to both football and life.
    3. Did nothing when on loan at QPR before.
    4. Capable of upsetting the dressing room at any club.
