    Apparently Chavski is persuing other midfielders does this mean they have given up or just covering bases in case.
    By the way Liverpool have told them to get lost as well!

    and they only valued him at 7 mil plus yossi (who we gave to them last year!) the chavs sure have some nerve...

    Red-bucket loads and its in plentiful supply from them.
    Maybe now they know how hard it is to get players when the targeted club is not interested.

    Yossi cost Chelsea £5million and they are offering £7million plus him so the deal only totals £12million.

    Didn't Liverpool pay more than that for Meireles anyway?

    Mereiles should be starting at Liverpool.
    He'd be ideal for Chelsea now that he's had time to adjust to the Premier League.
