As someone who earns his living with the thankless task of driving in Central London most days I'd often wondered what it would be like if there were no vehicles or people in the busiest areas of the capital. Well, a very talented photographer went out overnight on Christmas Day morning and produced these superb shots of a totally deserted capital. Well worth a view...

Lovely. It's a very well lit city at night, isn't it?

Very good photos. Hope he made a bob or two out of those. Pity he couldn't take a pic of Santa!

lovely pics indeed. I caught the extraordinarily rare sight on Saturday at about 3:45pm of a large scoreboard located just off South Africa Road, London W12 which read 2-0 !! Cannot recall seeing anything quite like it for a long time, but it was majestic and totally beautiful.

Very nice work. I recall in the early 70's driving up from Hampshire on Boxing Day morning with my brother to his place in North London (Dowsett Rd) and everything was eerily quiet and deserted. Perhaps I should have taken a few shots and published a book!
